Apple is one of the best healthy foods!
Eating an apple before bed is a great way to promote good health.
Apples contain easily digestible phosphoric acid, which in turn has antimicrobial properties. It plays an extremely important role in all living beings, for example as a component of nucleic acids RNA and DNA and of bones.
Eating an apple has a beneficial effect on the brain, stimulates the liver, disinfects the oral cavity, binds excess stomach acids, promotes kidney and intestinal activity, protects against indigestion, throat diseases and obesity. People with weak stomachs should not eat fresh apples ... and in winter, cold apples should generally not be eaten.
PS: For the mentally active and the nervous, this tea is worth its weight in gold.
Strengthens the nerves and purifies the blood
Raw grated apples are an excellent remedy for diarrhea in infants. As a grater, it is necessary to use a glass grater and not a metal one! Why? If you use a glass grater, A) the precious taste of the apple is preserved... and B) also the color of the grated apple. If you use a metal grater, the apple will quickly turn brown and so will its taste.
Apple peels should not be thrown away, as they contain the most medicinal thing in apples, ferrous phosphoric acid, which strengthens the nerves and purifies the blood.
Preparation of apple tea
For the preparation of the apple tea, I present you two possibilities:
1. A handful of dried apple peels and about 10 grams of lemon balm leaves are poured over half a liter of boiling water and left to stand for 10 minutes. You can then add lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and, after a good hour, bee honey to this drink.
2. Apple tea with whole apples is even more effective. Cut an unpeeled apple into small pieces, pour a liter of boiling water over it and let it steep for about 2 hours in a warm place. I prepare 4 liters of apple tea with 4 fresh apples ... and I add - depending on my mood - some lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and after an hour some bee honey.

This tea is thirst-quenching and also very recommended in case of fever. It strengthens the nerves, memory, helps against constipation, stones and gout, palpitations, stomach problems, exhaustion, burn-out, heart failure, kidney and bladder diseases.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)
Lemon balm is one of the herbs used in folk medicine for almost all types of ailments.
Cinnamon can lower blood sugar levels and thus contribute to the treatment of diabetes. In addition, cinnamon promotes appetite, stimulates intestinal activity, can prevent bloating and flatulence and has a disinfectant effect.
Bacteria killer, wound healing
Apple tea cleans the blood, forms new blood and strengthens the whole body ... and is therefore particularly recommended for people with low blood pressure.
Hippocrates, probably the most famous physician of the Antiquity, knew two of its most important properties: excellent for healing wounds and effective for inflammations as well as for lowering fever. Honey water was also used as a "doping agent": this potion improved the performance of athletes in the ancient Olympic Games!
Important notice: Drinks containing honey should not be too hot, because honey loses its healing properties at 40 degrees Celsius and above! That is why I recommend to add honey to apple tea only after about 1.5 hours.
Did you know that about 60 types of bacteria including dangerous bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus, can be eliminated with honey ... and that honey was used with great success for wound healing in ancient Egypt?
