Drink two glasses of fresh or vitalized water right after getting up in the morning. This will compensate for the loss of fluids during the night.

Since metabolism in the human body produces carbon dioxide as a "waste product", among other things, you should drink water without carbon dioxide if possible. Since the body strives to quickly excrete this intolerable gas, we should actually not voluntarily ingest it. PS: The water in our body has no carbonic acid.

You have probably already heard that water should not be enjoyed ice cold. People who live in hot countries drink ... not cold drinks, but hot drinks. When you sweat and give your body cold drinks, it wants to regulate its temperature and increases it "automatically" when you drink cold drinks. The result is clear: you sweat even more than before.

Our body works similarly to a washing machine: the warmer the water temperature, the more efficient the washing process. Cold water can not dissolve dirt or only very slightly. Water is also the best biological solvent for our body: it helps clean our vessels and intercellular spaces !
