Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona (1913-1992) was a renowned herbal healer in Hawaii and taught a modernized version of traditional ho'o pono pono in the USA, Asia and Europe. She was born on May 19, 1913 in Honolulu, Hawaii, and was the daughter of Kimokeo and Lilia Simeona, both native Hawaiians. Her mother Lilia was one of the last recognized kahuna la'au kahea (priestess, who heals with words). Morrnah began as a healer, using Lomi-Lomi massages. In 1983 she was recognized as a kahuna lapa'au and honored with the title Living Treasure of Hawaii.

Morrnah Simeona's Prayer

Divine creator, father, mother, son, all in one...
If I, my family, my relatives or my ancestors have offended you,
you, your family, your relatives and your ancestors,
by words or actions from the beginning of time to the present,
We ask for your forgiveness...
Let us cleanse, purify, release, remove all these negative memories, blockages, negative energies and vibrations, and transmute these unwanted energies into pure light. So be it!

Forgiveness Prayer

Think about your problem: (relational, physical-pain, material, financial or professional, etc. etc). Accept the problem and go inside yourself. Visualize the person (sitting in front of you) with whom you like to do the Forgiveness Prayer ritual. Get in touch with your higher deity, (God, Buddha, etc. - you choose). Think back to your problem and direct the following words to the higher deity (not to the person you like to do the problem with):

I am sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you
