Yellow is the brightest color in the rainbow spectrum and is assigned to the solar plexus, also called solar plexus. The entire digestive tract, stomach, spleen, gall bladder, pancreas and liver are assigned to it. This color has to do with joy. With unbridled joy.

Yellow helps people who suffer from constant stress, fears, insecurity and lack of self-confidence. These "diseases" usually lead to nervousness. This in turn attacks the stomach, pancreas and metabolism.

Yellow strengthens the hormone and nervous system. We recommend that during the winter months, both in the office and at home, yellow and green light should be shone indirectly on the walls if possible. These two colors are missing in winter. By spreading the vibrations of these two colors in the office and home, you compensate for the lack of sunlight.

Energetically speaking, this color can be supportive in the following situations:

>• when I do not trust myself
>• for complaints in the stomach area
>• for over-anxiety and nervousness
>• with a pessimistic attitude towards life
>• for depressions, whether seasonal or otherwise
