Bring the thumb and index finger of your left hand together so that they touch each other with the fingertips and form a circle. Feel free to exert a little pressure. Now place the thumb and index finger of your right hand in this circle so that they also touch each other with their fingertips.

Apply a little pressure here as well.

To find out which is the "inner conscious NO", think strongly about this word and pull the two "finger circles" in the opposite direction.

Normally, one of the two "finger circles" should open so that the two hands are free.

To find out which is the "inner conscious YES", think strongly about this word and pull the two "finger circles" in the opposite direction.

It should not be possible for you to break the circles now.
