For this test, you only need the index finger and middle finger of your right or left hand. Choose your stronger hand for this.

Place the middle finger on the index finger as shown and then try to move the index finger downward with light pressure from the middle finger.

Try to block the index finger so that it does not give way.


With the "inner conscious NO" the index finger will give way ...

with the "inner conscious YES" the index finger will withstand the pressure of the middle finger.

Please always conclude this exercise by testing "YES" and practice this test a few times at home in your own four walls ....
