Mix 1 liter of water with 33g of magnesium chloride and fill into a glass bottle, which is stored in the refrigerator.
For practical reasons, I have started to use 5dl bottles ... i.e. add 15-17g of magnesium.
Adults drink 20ml to 30ml of this brine per day. Adults over 50 also drink 15ml to 30ml in the evening.
Children around 5ml per 10 kilos of body weight. For a child weighing 28 kg, this corresponds to 14-15 ml.
Note: Diarrhea may occur if the dose is too high. Mix the brine with syrup, tea or juice for a more pleasant taste!
