The finger snap test is probably the easiest of all.

Put your thumb and middle finger together as shown. Apply enough pressure while doing so.

With the "inner conscious YES" the two fingers stay together.

With the "inner conscious NO" the fingers slide apart and produce a finger snap.


Please always conclude this exercise by testing "YES" and practice this test a few times at home in your own four walls ....
