Magnesium is responsible for over
300 different functions in the human body!

Magnesium chloride improves the skin, prevents tooth decay, strengthens tooth enamel, gums and hair. It prevents or cures calcification of the lungs, liver, kidneys and brain.

Magnesium chloride is able to dissolve oxalate-based kidney, bladder and gallstones completely and in a relatively short time, thus avoiding surgery. Magnesium can prevent calcium deposits in arteries. It also helps with circulatory complaints such as palpitations, pain in the heart area, extrasystoles and thrombosis, high blood pressure, tingling sensations, convulsions, itchy skin, cramps, pain in the spine and many other heart complaints.

Serious illnesses such as angina pectoris, fibromyalgia, asthma, heart disease and heart attacks or diabetes as well as so-called minor ailments, irregular heart rhythm, declining memory, nervousness, joint pain, constipation.

Muscle relaxation

Calcium is responsible for contracting the muscles (systole) - magnesium for relaxing them (diastole). If the body has enough magnesium, sore muscles hardly ever occur. For the heart, a lack of magnesium means cramping, an oppressive feeling and anxiety (angina pectoris), as well as an increased risk of a heart attack. Calcium contracts the heart muscle - magnesium relaxes it. Irregular heartbeats are often a result of a lack of magnesium! It is even suspected that stress and magnesium deficiency could be the cause of a heart attack in the case of certain heart arteries that look like they have been constricted. High blood pressure is often related to poor muscle relaxation of the muscles surrounding the arteries.

Anxiety can tighten the throat if magnesium is lacking. Magnesium deficiency can cause arm and leg muscles to cramp so much that even the tendons become overstretched. Magnesium is important for the blood vessels: especially for the arteries, so that the muscles responsible for transporting the blood do not cramp. This can otherwise lead to dangerous congestion. Without magnesium, the stomach, liver, gallbladder and kidneys can no longer relax and only fulfill their function to a limited extent. You feel tired and cramped.

Immune system

A magnesium deficiency severely weakens the immune system. The white blood cells are reduced, blood flow to the feet and nasal mucosa is reduced. This increases the risk of catching a cold or flu. The body's defenses decrease with age. With the help of magnesium, these are significantly improved.

Generating energy

Magnesium is responsible for the production of energy from fat, carbohydrates and proteins. Here is an example of over three hundred metabolic processes in which the valuable magnesium is essential:

Blood sugar (glucose) is transported to a muscle cell via the blood and absorbed there. Glucose must now be converted into glucose phosphate. This is done with the help of the enzyme hexokinase ATP and magnesium. This glucose phosphate is partly used in the cell and partly processed into other products. It is important to know that in the absence of magnesium, many vital processes either take place too slowly or not at all.

Formation of bone and cartilage material and synovial fluid

Contrary to the opinion of many experts, Prof. Bergasa has proven with thousands of examples that extra legs can disappear and that bones, joints, cartilage and ligaments can be renewed. The author Hans Gilgen also had the opportunity to witness how many people with unbearable pain (with no chance of getting off morphine, cortisone and the like) were able to live normally again a few months later with a change of diet and magnesium and were able to manage their own household or even return to their original profession.

Bones and cartilage have a regeneration time (total regeneration of the entire tissue) of two years, whereas the liver only takes eight days. Osteoarthritis therefore requires a little patience. After all, it does not develop within a few days. It is important to know that bone cells can be restored by the body itself if the necessary measures are taken. So don't lose patience too quickly!

The regeneration and material exchange of bone and cartilage cells mainly takes place at night. It is therefore important that sufficient protein is also consumed in the evening, as otherwise not enough collagen can be formed to renew the bones.

Strengthening the nerves

The reports from sick and healthy people after taking magnesium are consistent:

>• that they feel better
>• that they are less tired
>• that they enjoy life more
>• that they sometimes look at the world with new eyes

>• that depression and sadness have disappeared and that they are no longer afraid, but now look to the future with confidence!

The most important function

In general, magnesium is involved in cell division. At values below 10 mmol (1mol = 24.3mg and 1000 mmol = 1 mol) in the cell fluid, instead of images of the old cells, only degenerated cells are formed, i.e. cancer cells. This is why a constant supply of magnesium every day of the year is so important.

Without magnesium, no cell can produce healthy copies.
